Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the personalized and customized nature of our corporate gifts, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images as proof.

Return Policy for Edible Products:

If you wish to return edible products (such as chocolates, cakes, or other perishable items), you must inform us within 24 to 36 hours of delivery. After this timeframe, we will not be responsible for any issues related to the product.

Refund Policy:

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • If the delivered product is significantly different from the approved design.
  • If the item is damaged upon arrival and cannot be replaced.
  • If we are unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and credited to the original payment method.

Replacement Policy:

We provide free replacements for:

  • Items that are defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Orders where a wrong product was sent.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with supporting images.

Cancellation Policy :

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible, especially for customized or bulk orders that have already entered production.
